This service for the self-coached athlete who would like to have professional guidance in development of a plan leading up to their key race.

Service includes:

  • One Hour Consultation

  • Basic Training Peaks Account

  • Individualized Periodized Program leading up to “A” event.

What Level I peeps say: “I can do it myself, but just point me in the right direction.”

Level II: Performance Individualized Coaching

This service for the individual who wants a professionally individualized training & nutrition plan, testing & evaluation, along with interaction.

Service includes:

  • One Hour Consultation

  • Basic Training Peaks Account

  • Individualized Periodized Program; updated weekly

  • Customized Training and Race Day Nutrition Plan

  • Transition planning

  • Monthly Follow-up Meetings

  • Forum Interaction
