Join Keri for an all levels Vinyasa Flow.

Vinyasa translates to “breath synchronized movement”. Often referred to as Flow Classes, this style is a moving meditation. During class, you will move with breath and begin to build muscle tone, core strength, and increase your endurance. Keri will help you push past your physical boundaries and begin to realize your fullest potential. 


ALL are welcome from beginners to advanced, to come experience this transformative flow.  The practice is strengthening and detoxifying. You'll leave class feeling stronger, empowered, and renewed.  Keri makes all of her classes challenging, fun and accessible!
