What is included in the retreat package?
Your retreat includes accommodations, daily yoga and fitness classes, most meals, guided excursions, and plenty of time to rest and recharge. Please refer to your retreat details page for a full list of inclusions.
What is not included?
Airfare, airport transfers, travel insurance, gratuities, and any optional activities, spa treatments, or meals outside the scheduled program are not included.
How do I get there?
We will provide detailed arrival and transportation information upon registration. Generally, you’ll fly into [nearest airport] and can arrange a transfer or take a taxi/ferry to the retreat property.
Do I need to have yoga experience?
No! All levels are welcome. Classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable, whether you are brand new to yoga or have an established practice.
Will there be free time?
Yes—each day includes ample free time to explore the area, relax by the pool or beach, book a massage, or simply unwind.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothing for yoga and fitness, swimwear, casual outfits for exploring or dining out, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items you may need. We’ll send you a suggested packing list closer to departure.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many participants attend solo and leave with lifelong friends. This is a welcoming, supportive community. If you would like to share a room, we will pair you with someone of the same sex.
Is the retreat refundable?
The retreat is non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes—please let us know your needs in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
How will excursions be planned, and what should I expect about schedules?
Many of our excursions—such as hikes, bike rides, or boat trips—are planned based on weather conditions, group size, and participant preferences. We’ll confirm the schedule the week of the retreat to ensure the best experience for everyone.
We do our best to make excursions accessible for all levels. Please note that when traveling to Europe, it’s helpful to know that some details—like exact times or routes for the excursions—may not be available far in advance, even when requested. Part of the adventure is learning to go with the flow and trust that everything will work out. Schedules may shift last minute due to weather or local operations, and we appreciate your flexibility and openness.
While our hikes are typically moderate in difficulty, they are designed to be accessible to most fitness levels, and you are always welcome to modify or opt out as needed. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
How do I reserve my spot?
A deposit is required to secure your space. Remaining payments will be outlined in your confirmation email. Early booking is encouraged as retreats fill quickly
